2 Chairs
Our MVMT Pro chairs are designed for critical environments, including static-sensitive and particle/microbe-controlled areas. The MVMT Pro offers weight-activated control, meaning an individual user’s weight sets the tension, which alleviates resetting controls in multi-user shift workplaces.

4 Transfer Hatches
These hatches provide a controlled air-tight zone for the transfer of products by hand or on trolleys, eliminating unnecessary traffic from the cleanroom, reducing particle ingress and decreasing the risk of cross-contamination.
Stainless steel hatches are typically used in Pharmaceutical applications, providing high chemical resistance and hygienic surfaces for easy cleaning.

5 Laminar Flow Units
Guardtech have partnered with Esco to bring you an extensive, exciting range of equipment solutions for your facility, with an array of models to meet your laminar flow clean bench needs.
Esco’s new generation Airstream® laminar flow units offer a wide range of options in terms of material specs, width and height.
The full range of the new Esco Airstream laminar flow clean benches are powered by the latest generation DC ECM motor. It is more efficient than legacy ECM and VFD motors and now also offers ISO Class 3 workzone with 10x the efficiency of its ULPA H14 filters.
With more choice for customers, Esco laminar flow clean benches still offer the same level of product protection for your samples and processes where operator protection is not required.

7 Fume Hoods
Esco Ascent Ductless Fume Hoods provide protection to both laboratory personnel and the environment from toxic fumes and are quickly becoming a viable alternative to conventional fume hoods.
These hoods filter out chemical fumes and recycle air directly back to the laboratory, providing energy savings, personnel and environmental protection, and convenience, as you do not have to deal with complicated ducting systems, and mobility, since ductless hoods are independent systems.

10 Work benches
Whether it’s chemical-resistant Trespa TopLab or simply a stainless steel surface you require, we can fit out your cleanrooms with high quality workbenches to ensure the quality of what you do isn’t compromised.
Trespa is a high-pressure compact laminate consisting of layers of wood-based fibres (paper and/or wood) impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resins and surface layers are impregnated with melamine based resins.
These components are bonded together with simultaneous application of heat and high specific pressure to create a homogeneous non-porous material with increased density and high chemical resistance whilst providing attractive aesthetics.
The bench framework is created from powder-coated steel box section to give the benches strength and stability.

11 Cabinets
Guardtech’s cabinets are manufactured from either Trespa or grade 304/316L stainless steel. The units are available with a range of door and drawer configurations, stainless fixtures and fittings and can be arranged as mobile units on casters or static cabinets on solid levelling legs.
Trespa cabinets are designed to be long-lasting, easy to clean and resistant to chemicals and acids.

12 Stepover Benches
Stepover benches come as standard seating benches on levelling legs or with storage compartments underneath for shoes, garments, PPE and consumables.
